☝️ You need to know who is an investor. In other words, you need to know the difference between an investor and a speculator. Speculating is more or less gambling, you buy stocks expecting others to buy at a higher price. If you want to be an investor, you have to do research.
✌️ Are you an enterprising investor or a defensive investor? This depends on how much time you have dedicated to investing. If you have another job, probably you should be a defensive investor. It is possible to beat the market $SPX500 but don't expect great returns are Warren Buffett $BRK.B
📚 Invest in yourself first.
📝 Fundamental analysis vs Technical analysis. Technical analysts look at charts while fundamental analysts look at numbers. As a fundamental analyst, you need to value a business first before investing in it. You need to understand the difference between price and value. For example, Apple $AAPl has a price of over $2 trillion but it may not be the intrinsic value of the company which is based on its ability to generate cash flow.
💵 Find a Broker. I suggest eToro :) You also need to understand the taxes and regulations in your country.
START. Read the financial statements. Invest. Build a portfolio.
