I'm Buying iRobot stock again

About a year ago, I invested in iRobot $IRBT as I believed the stock was undervalued. Even if the company was facing many challenges, such as tariffs and competition, I looked at the overall growth of the industry and invested in iRobot.

Amazon $AMZN then announced that it was going to acquire iRobot in an all-cash transaction at $61/share. It was 6% below my average buying price, and I chose to sell at a loss.

The spread on the deal is now over 30% with the possibility of making money by arbitrage. Is iRobot a good investment?
